Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide consultant services for planning, design, construction, and facilities maintenance projects throughout the county.
- Provide a variety of as-needed consultant services in the following ten (10) categories:
•    Planning services
•    Landscape architecture services
•    Civil engineering services
•    Environmental services
•    Architecture services
•    Construction - cost management services
•    Real estate services
•    Community engagement services
•    Graphic communications services
•    Public relations and marketing services.
