The vendor is required to provide teams phone professional integration services for include:
1. Discovery and assessment:
• Review the current telephony infrastructure;
• Identify user requirements and key interested parties; and
• Develop a detailed project plan and timeline.
2. Planning and design:
• Design the teams phone architecture, including sip trucking, direct routing, and operator connect options collaboratively with its and other key interested parties at agency; and
• Plan for analog phone integration using analog telephony adapters (ATAS).
3. Implementation:
• Work with its to configure and deploy teams’ phone, including sip trucking, direct routing, and operator connect;
• Work with its to integrate analog devices using ATAS;
• Provide guidance to its on configuration of voicemail services, call transfer, and forwarding features; and
• Work with its to configure common area phones and ensure appropriate licensing.
4. Testing and validation:
• Provide guidance to its to perform testing of the team’s phone implementation;
• Work with its to validate compatibility with existing telephony hardware and network infrastructure; and
• Assist it’s with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality.
5. Training and support:
• Provide training sessions for agency administrators; and
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to the university during the migration process.
6. Post-implementation review:
• Conduct a post-implementation review to assess the success of the migration; and
• Identify areas for improvement and address any issues.
