PI Professional Services

The vendor is required to provide the process information (PI) professional services system is used to connect and transfer data to the Hach WIMS and HMI systems.
- Provide technical and professional support for PI System needs, as well as provide training to staff.
•    Maintenance, upgrade, and update to the PI system and associated virtual servers
•    Data repair
•    Assist in the deployment of associated PI system tools such as PI data archive, PI interfaces, PI asset framework, PI vision, and PI data-link
•    Integration of the PI system data into microsoft power bi analytics
•    Assist with building PI vision dashboards
•    Conduct training for renew staff on use, build out, and other PI system tools
•    Make recommendations on which tools are best suited for renew needs
•    On-call availability
•    Local support.
