The Vendor is required to provide prioritized recommendations for full modernization of the elevator.
- All elevator components to be non-proprietary fund preliminary cost estimates.
- Identify internal and external stakeholder communication plans.
- Collect, assemble and review all currently available documents.
- Limited as built information is available.
- The consultant is to account for time required to review the site and compile information from the site as required for the scope of project and determine any missing as built information.
- Investigation and assessment of current conditions of elevators to include, if required, all costs for destructive investigation and repair.
- Identify all required site testing for asbestos or other hazards materials in elevator components, with a schedule for the testing.
- Cost for any testing, cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials must be included.
- Investigation report to include a prioritized list of recommendations for replacement of components.
- Provide preliminary cost estimate for the recommendations within + / - 20%.
- Any required survey work is the responsibility of the consultant.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
- A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit Date: August 28, 2025
