• Support data engineering, data analytics, and ETL process requests
• Web and mobile application technology support, including routine maintenance, security monitoring, and performance optimization for public-facing apps
• System monitoring and observability, including the setup, configuration, and maintenance of dashboards and alerts for core services and infrastructure
• System and application testing
• IT documentation including but not limited to architecture and workflow diagrams.
