The Vendor is required to provide degrees and certificates, the other half are enjoying community programs, workforce development classes and other non-credit courses.
- Consultant must possess team members with relevant degrees and certifications in disciplines pertinent to the services requested, including but not limited to: education, architecture, engineering, finance, and technology.
- Educational Planning:
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for educational programs.
• Develop strategies for academic program development and implementation.
• Provide recommendations on best practices for curriculum design and program evaluation.
- Facilities Design:
• Perform site analysis and planning, including site selection and master planning.
• Provide architectural and engineering services for new constructions and renovations.
• Ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other relevant codes.
- Technology Integration:
• Conduct assessments for current technology infrastructure and needs.
• Provide consulting for integrating technology in instructional delivery.
• Recommend and assist in the implementation of technology platforms, systems, and tools.
- Program Evaluation:
• Develop and implement evaluation frameworks for educational and administrative programs.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and feedback processes.
- Site Development & Infrastructure Design
• Develop detailed civil engineering plans for site improvements, grading, and utility infrastructure.
• Design storm water management, drainage systems, waste water systems and Low Impact Development (LID) design ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide roadway, parking lot, and traffic circulation design, including traffic impact studies, surveys, and analysis.
- Surveying & Legal Documentation
• Conduct as-built surveys to document existing site conditions.
• Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for easements, land acquisitions, and right-of-way dedications.
- Regulatory Compliance & Environmental Services
• Develop and implement Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) to minimize environmental impact.
• Provide Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) services, including on-site monitoring, inspections, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure projects adhere to all applicable environmental and permitting requirements.
- Cost Estimation & Feasibility Analysis
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and feasibility analyses for proposed improvements.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining performance and compliance.
- Land Surveying & Mapping Services
• Conduct boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.
• Perform construction staking and layout for site improvements, utilities, and structures.
• Provide as-built surveys to document existing conditions and verify compliance with design plans.
- Monument Preservation & Recording
• Identify, preserve, and document existing survey monuments, benchmarks, and control points.
• Record and file necessary documents with local agencies in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Utility and Underground Locating & Investigation
• Locate, identify, and map underground and overhead utilities to support design and construction.
• Conduct utility investigations using records research, field verification, and coordination with utility providers.
• Utilize advanced locating methods, such as ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and electromagnetic detection, to identify subsurface features.
• Verify the depth, material, and alignment of existing underground utilities and structures.
- Structural Engineering Design & Analysis
• Develop structural engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and retrofits.
• Perform structural load analysis, including dead loads, live loads, wind loads, and seismic forces, to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Design structural systems using steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and other construction materials, considering durability, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
• Assess existing structures for remodeling, expansion, or structural modifications, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop seismic retrofit solutions to enhance the structural performance of existing buildings and critical infrastructure.
• Perform detailed structural calculations and modeling to ensure designs meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
- Accessibility & Universal Design Consultation
• Provide expert guidance on inclusive design principles, ensuring accessibility for individuals with diverse physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities.
• Develop design solutions that exceed minimum accessibility requirements to create user-friendly environments for all occupants.
• Assist in the selection of materials, fixtures, and features that enhance accessibility while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity.
