Psychological Testing and Consultation Services

The vendor is required to provide psychological testing and consultation services to case management and placement on the developmental disability waiver waiting list, confirmation of and rule out of diagnoses, capacity evaluations for our authorized representative assessments, completing competency evaluations, maintaining detailed documentation, and consulting with other medical professionals.
- Specific requirements regarding consultation services:
•    Conducting psychological evaluations for intellectual disability and developmental disability individuals seeking case management services; 
•    Conducting psychological evaluations for individuals seeking placement on the developmental disability waiver waiting list; 
•    Confirmation of current diagnosis; 
•    Evaluations for rule out diagnoses (such as developmental, autism, etc.); 
•    Capacity evaluations for our internal authorized representative assessments
•    Dementia screenings and competency evaluations; 
•    Initial psychological evaluations and annual updates for up to ten (10) residents for the developmental intermediate care facility (ICF); 
•    Review thirty (30) day baseline data of behaviors and make recommendations for residents at the ICF as needed; 
•    Complete behavioral support plans and behavioral treatment plans as needed for residents at the ICF;
•    Complete monthly reports for monitoring the behavioral support plans and behavioral treatment plans for residents at the ICF;
•    Consulting with other medical professionals;
•    Assist in court ordered issues;
•    Consultation with psychiatrist and id team, physician and aba therapist as needed;
•    Documentation maintenance as required by regulations.
