The vendor is required to provide organizational health consultant with a proven track record in health care to advance our goal of organizational excellence, serving as a strategic partner to leadership, and champion an organizational shift that promotes high performance, employee engagement and a culture of collaborative excellence.
- Responsible for:
• Designing and implementing an organization-wide culture change strategy that aligns our business goals with one shared vision, internally and externally, from recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention, advancement and leadership development.
• Operate as a ‘player-coach’: ready to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to help us identify, prevent, and manage organizational barriers to fulfilling mission to reduce the burden of cancer in the communities that we serve.
• Aiding in while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation for an esteemed staff of research professionals.
• A passion for change will create an effective and sustainable culture of care through evidence-based strategies that will position us for organizational excellence.
- Requirements
1. Organizational strategic planning
• Collect key people analytics, including organizational culture climate surveys, health metrics, evaluations and reporting to senior leaders with recommendations to achieve organizational excellence.
• Conduct audits to assess organizational practices, identify areas that need enhanced support, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Use data to inform the development and implementation of a strategic culture change plan that can be tracked and measured over time.
2. Culture and change management
• Design programs that help us reach organizational alignment by fostering belonging, trust, collaboration, recognition and defining one shared vision across all units.
• Champion engagement initiatives that boost employee motivation, productivity, performance and satisfaction in a remote-friendly environment in partnership with operations team leaders.
• Strategize opportunities for collaboration that enhance organizational effectiveness, patient and population outcomes through comprehensive and coordinated care.
3. Human resources and operations support
• Develop and lead the people strategy to support organizational goals, while working collaboratively with operations and leadership teams on organizational planning, team health, and change management.
• Support human resources to strengthen recruiting, hiring and retention efforts through strategic employee engagement initiatives.
• Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent using strategies that align with our mission, values and organizational culture.
4. Professional development
• Own performance and professional development frameworks that empower every member of our team to reach their full potential.
• Create, lead and deliver impactful learning and development initiatives that enhance our organizational strengths.
• Develop curriculum that teaches employees to effectively navigate challenges and embrace opportunities for growth that come with change, cultural differences, and productive conflict, across the institution.
5. Leadership growth
• Provide expert one-on-one coaching to senior, managerial and administrative leaders to enhance leadership capabilities, drive change management efforts to support organizational growth, and advise managers on goal planning, relationship building, productive conflict, resilience and effectiveness.
• Help every executive leader develop skills required for every member of our team to feel seen, heard, understood and respected, despite our perceived and inherent differences.
