Cast Remediation Consultation and Oversight Services

The vendor is required to provide cast remediation consultation and oversight services for include:
•    Review existing environmental assessment and remedial action plan (RAP) documentation.
•    Assist owner in the development of detailed bid specifications for remediation contractors.
•    Provide oversight during contractor procurement and selection.
•    Monitor field activities during remediation implementation.
•    Document remediation progress and compliance with voluntary action program (VAP) standards.
•    Coordinate with state and other stakeholders as needed.
