Airport Concessions and Commercial Management Advisory Services

The Vendor is required to provide for on call consulting for airport concessions and commercial management advisory services related activities on an as-needed basis at airport.
- The Evans Terminal Concession Program currently consists of:
•    Approximately 10 retail and specialty retail concepts
•    Approximately 16 food and beverage concepts
•    Traditional Vending and Specialty Vending units.
- Services include:
•    Advise the airport authority about airport concession best practices and industry trends.
•    Assess concessions program and make program recommendations that includes but is not limited to layout, financial assessments, passenger flows, etc.
•    Review and analyze program performance and make recommendations to improve concessions related revenue.
•    Conduct feasibility studies on all or part of the concessions program.
•    Provide management advisory services in concessions and business development from an airport owner point of view.
•    Provide commercial management consulting services for guidance and counselling on general airport management services
•    Prepare solicitation documents, review proposals and participate in evaluation meetings 
•    Market research and analysis relating to passenger trends, performance of concepts, financial terms, and projections of potential sales based on enplanements, etc.
•    Assist in developing standard operating procedures, design standards, tenant manuals, performance standards, audit and other operational materials as necessary.
•    Provide assistance on program activities or staff augmentation for concessions and quality assurance, as-needed.
