The vendor is required to provide enhanced health supply chain management (EHSCM) consulting initiatives through:
• Assessment of current health supply chain practices
• Identification of gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Development of tailored strategies and solutions
• Implementation of digital tools for inventory and logistics optimization
• Capacity building for local stakeholders through training and mentorship
• Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and impact.
- Enhancing base operating system – future planning for a digital inventory system
• Provide subject matter expertise to support the department in future planning for the implementation of a new digital inventory system for the materials management division.
• This is particularly for oracle (materials management module – p2p) roll out replacing Meditech and bar-coding system of inventory management implementation.
