The Vendor is required to provide organizations with deep Integration and Management expertise to provide comprehensive support following the acquisition of hospitals and affiliated facilities.
- The objective is to ensure a seamless integration and management of operations, clinical services, and organizational culture across the expanded healthcare system, as well as early implementation of the initiatives necessary to achieve the business plan and financial goals.
- Services include:
• Lead and coordinate the integration for all administrative, clinical, and financial systems.
• Align the governance structures and operational policies across all entities.
• Support the leadership transition and organizational design.
• Facilitate strategic planning and service line rationalization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation continuity.
• Enhancing workforce engagement and cultural integration.
• Implement performance improvement and change management strategies.
• Provide organizational background and experience in multi-hospital integration.
• Provide proposed team structure and qualifications.
• Provide references from similar engagements.
