Governmental Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide governmental consulting advocacy services provided will include, but are not limited to, the following:
•    Strategy and issue consultation
•    Issue management
•    Budget and appropriations advocacy
•    Economic development opportunities for county
•    Monitoring legislative and regulatory activity
o    Draft letters and talking points on legislation as necessary
•    Providing accessibility to government policymakers
•    Drafting or amending relevant legislative proposals
•    Committee attendance including:
o    Orchestrating and presenting testimony
o    Coalition building
o    Identify resources and opportunities to achieve the county executive’s strategic goals and objectives
o    Direct lobbying of key policymakers and their staff.
