Survey Consulting Services

The vendor is required to provide survey consulting services associated with, but not limited to, the capital improvement program (CIP), new planning, noise and environment, and other sustainability and facility operations initiatives at airport.
- Types of survey services:
•    Field surveys;
•    Topographic mapping;
•    Aerial photogrammetry;
•    Surveys of interior of terminal buildings and other structures;
•    Surveys of benchmarks and other airport control;
•    Lidar surveys (interior, exterior, and site);
•    Airspace obstruction surveys;
•    Earthwork quantity surveys;
•    Utility location and mapping;
•    Datum conversion analyses;
•    GIS mapping, interface, and data conversion;
•    Property boundary and easement research and mapping;
•    Planimetric mapping;
•    Lease plats and preparation of legal descriptions;
•    GIS data survey and collection for administration a GIS;
•    Preparation of administration airport layout plan (ALP);
•    BIM data collection, editing, and conversion; and
•    Other survey services as assigned by authority staff.
