The vendor is required to provide community engagement compliance verification services to gather information regarding potential systems and processes to increase efficiency in Medicaid eligibility determinations and processing group.
- Information regarding:
• Systems,
• Data,
• Staffing, and
• Workflow
- To improve or augment the management, efficiency, frequency, and accuracy of Medicaid eligibility determinations and processing for the community engagement requirements.
- The systems, data, staffing, and workflow solution must be able to be integrated into or with the existing state benefits solution and workflows and should not result in additional work activities for department staff.
- The expertise and experience of the vendor community will allow department to collect information that will guide a possible community engagement compliance verification procurement process.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
