The vendor is required to provide business intelligence consulting develop and implement an online survey using Qualtrics and develop focus groups to analyze data to measure the public’s knowledge of the awareness campaign of the opioid epidemic and related topics.
- Survey
•    Representatives of multiple age demographics, starting at age 18 through to the age of 80
•    Equal representation of gender
•    The list of questions for the surveys will need behavioral health administration (BHA) approval
•    The survey shall be distributed at the earliest by the end of November 2025, and the results collected and reported on by February 20, 2026.
- Focus groups
•    A set composed of a representative sample and,
•    Focus group participants by contacting centers that house opioid affected individuals and by responses and contacts of the survey instrument.
