The vendor is required to provide organizational change management (OCM) services to support the replacement of its legacy statewide automated child welfare information system (SACWIS) system, fam-link, with a comprehensive child welfare information system (CCWIS).
- The CCWIS OCM manager, the OCM vendor team is responsible for implementing strategies that affect change, drive the change, and help people adapt to change.
- The OCM vendor team will be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive OCM services throughout the CCWIS system project lifecycle, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term adoption
- OCM for include:
• Encourage adoption of the CCWIS change and the related business process redesign by involving users in the change process and demonstrating the benefits of the new CCWIS Solution
• Address resistance to change and drive awareness, understanding, and engagement of the CCWIS implementation across all Affected Parties through targeted communication
• Improve organizational readiness for change and proactively mitigate change risks
• Ensure Affected Parties are supported throughout the multiple phases of the CCWIS Solution rollout and decommissioning of the legacy system, Fam-Link
• Build trust and transparency across Affected Parties and ensure voices are heard across the full change lifecycle
• Sustain change outcomes, enabling DCYF to improve health and safety outcomes for children and families and to deliver a streamlined, convenient technology experience to end users.
