The vendor is required to provide project management support services system to identify the staffing level and skills need to meet the workload requirements.
- Include providing and maintaining consistent program processes and policies; facilitating risk, action items, issues, and decisions (RAID) management; overseeing schedule management for the system program; and supporting the business subject matter experts (SMES) to identify acceptance criteria.
- Support services to the system program
• The department contract manager and the system program manager to identify the staffing level and skills needed to meet the workload requirements.
• This may include providing and maintaining consistent program processes and policies, facilitating raid management, overseeing schedule management for the system program, and supporting the business SMES to identify acceptance criteria.
- Project management support to the office
• Provide project management support on various system -related tasks such as coordinating and meeting with various system teams, stakeholders, and system senior leadership; providing various status reports; supporting system related artifacts; conducting risk management activities; and assisting the office project delivery team and other teams in executing various system projects, including related to future for the system.
- Support services for the integrated help desk (IHD).
• Provide project management, raid management, vendor call center oversight, and reporting for system integrated help desk (IHD) for next generation programs.
