- Maintenance and support
• Provide timely, expert-level support for all power platform components (power apps, power automate, power bi) used in the critical incident reporting (CIR) and youth in transition (YIT) tools.
• Monitor performance, address software defects, conduct data refresh troubleshooting, and ensure data integrity through consistent validation and error resolution.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to align with agency information security protocols.
• Optimize system functionality and user interfaces to meet accessibility, usability, and efficiency standards.
• Deliver dedicated maintenance for the YIT tool, focusing on data refreshes, power bi dashboards, and survey functionality to maintain accuracy in program outcome reporting.
- Enhancement and optimization
• Implement approved enhancements and feature upgrades that improve usability, accessibility, and technical reliability.
• Expand reporting dashboards and analytics, including advanced filtering and visualization functions (e.g., by incident type, region, or timeframe) to support strategic decision-making.
• Introduce automation and process efficiencies that reduce manual input, minimize errors, and streamline workflows.
• Conduct user testing and validation for all updates to ensure stability, compatibility, and adherence to agency privacy and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge transfer and capacity building
• Provide comprehensive documentation for all configurations, workflows, and reporting functions, including system architecture and administrative protocols.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions and user guides for agency program leads, IT staff, and end users to enhance internal knowledge and operational independence.
• Support the ministry in developing standard operating procedures (SOPS) for data refreshes, user management, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure handover readiness, including structured walk throughs and mentoring for designated agency personnel prior to contract conclusion.
- New solution development (as required)
• New power apps-based solutions following an end-to-end lifecycle—from needs assessment and business analysis to configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate new applications with existing agency environments (e.g., SharePoint, teams, and data repositories).
• Provide post-launch support, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement to ensure long-term sustainability.
