Prime Consultant Services

The vendor required to provide consultant team should have demonstrated skills, knowledge and expertise in the following fields:
•    Code consulting
•    Architecture and interior design
•    Mechanical engineering
•    Electrical engineering
•    Structural engineering
•    RCDD
- Requirements:
•    To address clinical program needs. 
•    To improve safety and workflow through purpose-built design features that support infection prevention, accessibility, and staff efficiency. 
•    To provide a welcoming and culturally safe environment informed by indigenous cultural safety principles and equity, diversity, and inclusion frameworks. 
•    To ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including state building code, healthcare standards, and work safe state requirements. 
•    To incorporate sustainable design practices, including energy-efficient systems, low-impact materials, and waste reduction strategies. 
•    One washroom will need to be created within the space.
