- Market Analysis and Needs Assessment
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of pediatric behavioral health needs and service gaps across county.
• Evaluate the current market landscape, including county position relative to peer cities and national benchmarks.
• Identify geographic disparities in service access across zip codes.
• Recommend optimal strategies to address gaps (e.g., agency-led services vs. Partnerships).
• Propose outcome metrics and data sources to assess progress and impact.
- Program Evaluation and Autism Services Strategy
• Assess current pediatric behavioral health service offerings in relation to community needs.
• Provide recommendations for autism interventions, including:
• In-house autism testing capabilities
• Applied behavior analysis (aba) treatment models
• Cost-effective delivery methods and outsourcing options
• Identify disparities in access, wait times, culturally competent care, and fair market rates for aba therapy
• They should understand the range of autism treatments - behavioral, developmental, educational, and social-relational - and how these apply across age groups.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of existing autism services, including behavioral, developmental, and educational supports.
- Data Analysis and Strategic Reporting
• Conduct quantitative data analysis to identify barriers, opportunities, and partnership models.
• Develop a comprehensive report of findings and strategic recommendations.
