Safety Consultant Services

The vendor required to provide safety consultant services in one or more of the following areas:
•    Conduct process risk assessments and task safety analyses of specific job types;
•    Analyze safety trends, assist in development of safety key performance indicators;
•    Review incident reports and conduct post incident investigations and debriefings;
•    Assist in development and approve all project and task safety and health plans;
•    Participate in monthly departmental safety meetings;
•    Conduct walks thru of facilities, observing conditions and work practices – work to modify unsafe work practices and improve housekeeping
•    Conduct audits and inspections of active work sites to ensure work is in accordance with the job site specific health and safety plan; and
•    Perform related work as needed.
