Entertainment Booking Services

The Vendor is required to provide entertainment booking agencies or firms for the food and entertainment festival agency.
- The firm shall also coordinate:
•    Entertainment production needs, including audio and lighting (set up and take down) to match the number of band members for entertainer needs on all six (6) stages.
•    Stage at caribou
•    Transportation, including golf carts and large van for entertainers (internal transportation on zoo grounds and transportation of national acts to and from airport and/or hotel)
•    Lodging and hospitality for national acts.
•    Security during national act performances.
•    The staff to provide all services previously listed including audio and lighting technicians, and stage manager, production manager.
