Annual General Planning Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide for carrying out the region's metropolitan transportation planning program in collaboration with local officials and residents.
- Administration
•    Tasks required to manage the transportation planning process on a continual basis including program administration, development, review and reporting, anticipated staff development and an annual audit.
- Data Collection
•    Tasks needed to monitor area travel characteristics and factors affecting travel such as socioeconomic, community and land use data, transportation system data, natural, physical, and human environmental concerns and issues.
- Tasks required for the development and management of the Long Range Transportation Plan.
- Available data and information, including project objectives, constraints, budgetary limitations, and time restraints.
- Progress reports and invoices will be provided on a monthly basis and must include hours per task and dollars spent per task.
- All computer analysis will be performed on PC compatible computers utilizing software and analysis techniques approved by the Executive Director.
