The vendor required to provide distributed learning (DL) services to the department.
- Provide a minimum of three (3) employees during the entire term of this contract to provide continuous support to each of the DL classrooms.
- To provide optimal support for the DL program and ensure efficient travel logistics, it is recommended that contractors be geographically positioned.
- Primary DL site work location shall be designated by the Department contract manager (cm), based on operational needs, and service requirements.
- Maintain the DL classroom hardware and software which includes the following tasks:
• Perform audits of hardware software functionality.
• Perform updates, upgrades and retrofits of new hardware and software as directed by national guard bureau.
• Perform unannounced reviews of classroom environments to ensure upkeep and standards met.
