The vendor required to provide professional services for the planning of a multi-use trail and associated items along the railroad.
- Project is to facilitate pedestrian and bicycle commuting and recreation by adding a multi-modal link to established routes serving the port facility, schools, parks, businesses and a variety of neighborhoods.
