The Vendor is required to provide high-quality, reliable concession services to support events and programs hosted at designated city facilities.
- Food and Beverage Sales: Prepared and packaged food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic
Beverages (as permitted by law and license).
- Event Services (optional): Specialty catering or premium concession offerings aligned with major events or community festivals.
- Operating Hours:
• The Proposer must provide services during all scheduled performances, concerts, festivals, and events, including rehearsals and rentals as requested.
• Hours of operation may begin no later than 30 minutes prior to doors opening and continue until the conclusion of each event, including intermissions where applicable.
- Performance Standards
• Compliance: hire, train, and manage all concession staff to ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws (ID legal age and recognizing intoxication training must be certified,)
• Customer service: staff must be trained in customer engagement, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver courteous and efficient service.
• Staffing levels: adequate personnel must be scheduled to ensure timely service and minimize waiting times.
• Cleanliness & maintenance: all concession areas, equipment, and preparation spaces must be kept clean and compliant with health codes. Trash removal from concession stands to designated waste disposal areas is the responsibility of the proposer.
• Branding & presentation: all signage, menu boards, and displays must comply with city branding guidelines. The city reserves the right to approve all visual materials, uniforms, and promotional items.
