Design Review Services

The Vendor is required to provide design review means performing the technical review of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, accessibility, and site plans for compliance with codes, ordinances, and related laws and regulations.
- The reviewing firm shall be required to provide a written summary of all fees due following completion of a review, immediately which will be used to invoice the permit applicant.
- The fee summary shall indicate which project was reviewed; the personnel contributed to the review, the rate(s) of said personnel, as well as any other applicable review fees (i.e. courier pick-up/drop-off).
