Housing Consultation and Pre Development Advisory Services

The vendor required to provide housing consultation and pre-development advisory services for include:
•    Review and gather information required to become familiar with the project and the community investment fund. 
•    Assist agency in identifying the most prudent and feasible development strategy. 
•    Advise agency on the most efficient use of awarded fund planning grant funds based on the requirements of the community investment fund and the established goals of authority. 
•    Assist and advise the agency in the solicitation, selection and administration of other technical and professional services (engineering, architectural, etc.) necessary to further the planning and design of the project which are also expected to be funded by this fund award. 
•    Identify and evaluate available funding opportunities and sources including grants, loans, credits, etc. for the ultimate construction of the proposed expansion. 
•    Assist in the preparation of project budgets or other financial documentation as may be necessary based on identified funding sources and opportunities.
