Master Planning Services

The vendor required to provide master plan should provide a 20-year outlook for the capitol complex.
- Requirement:
•    Public and stakeholder engagement;
•    Office space, restroom, and parking needs analysis;
•    Recommendations for short and long-term campus preservation and development;
•    Recommendations for vehicle and pedestrian circulation, walkways, and parking;
•    Recommendations for current and future monument and statue locations;
•    Phasing and implementation strategies; and
•    Estimates of probable costs.
