The vendor required to provide microenterprise program for funding for small businesses and start-ups.
- Individual to assist in the planning, management, and implementation of the administrative requirements per the program.
• Execution of the funds administrative plan for the program
• Assistance in outreach to micro-businesses in the city
• The provision of technical assistance necessary for the administration of the approved projects including, but not limited to the areas of bookkeeping, record keeping, audit, acquisition and relocation, grant closeout, and all other activities of a general administrative nature.
• Assistance in the development, administration, and implementation of microenterprise projects, including requirements and systems necessary for compliance associated with the use of federal funds; technical assistance regarding the awarding of grant funding; provision of credit analysis and program portfolio management services; and all other factors associated with the provision of public administration for microenterprise activities.
• General administrative and program delivery assistance relating to the implementation of future funds projects.
• Other general planning and administrative activities as may be required by the program through the implementation phase.
