Professional Consulting Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional consultation to assist in the design of a potential national psychology licensure examination.
- Services include:
•    Identification of stakeholders and stakeholder groups from which to solicit feedback and input;
•    Facilitation of discussion with individuals and groups to develop proposed recommendations for the design parameters of the exam;
•    Drafting of reports summarizing the gathered feedback and recommendations for the design parameters, as well as documentation to guide the exam project steering committee in making a final recommendations report
•    Making recommendations regarding the necessary elements of an occupational licensure exam, as well as necessary elements to successfully administer a licensure exam program such as staffing requirements, budget, and other necessary contract services;
•    Making recommendations regarding necessary and desirable vendor qualifications to award a contract for development and administration of the exam, including geographic footprint, past experience, technological capabilities, and project timelines; and
•    Drafting of other preparatory contractual documents, including but not limited to scoring matrices, necessary contract terms, and project milestones.
