Grant Development Services

The Vendor is required to provide grant development services.
- The office supports district by managing the supplemental funding for accessible, affordable, high-quality basic skills training, post-secondary educational programs, and academic support.
- Collaborating with faculty, staff, administrators and executives, office cultivates partnerships with local, state, federal, public, private, and nonprofit entities to develop grant proposals and manage the funding required for a wide variety of academic and workforce development programs.
- Research and identify high-value grant opportunities to meet the College’s strategic initiatives and priorities.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with institutional staff, faculty, and external partners on an as-needed basis.
- Create a funding roadmap and priority grants calendar to visually demonstrate strategic plans for project funding as supported by priority grant initiatives.
- Provide and assist with grant pre-award services inclusive of assisting with organizational development, proposal and application planning and development, budget proposal development, grant writing and editing, staff trainings, and compliance management.
- Provide a Grant Opportunity Assessment for organizational development. Assessment shall include a comprehensive review and subsequent improvement strategy replete with coverage of all communication mechanisms, processes, procedures, and fiscal/ programmatic capacities.
- Assist, consult, and update current grant policies and procedures.
- Develop all components of grant applications, proposals, and supporting documents.
- Provide a high-level Point of Contact to determine and/or approve the development and implantation of any/all grant processes, and to oversee participant coordination and schedule adherence.
