Managed Disability Services

The Vendor is required to provide managed disability services would be on as required basis and would include:
• Assisting the schools HR team with managed short-term disability claim services to supplement the work done by the HR team.
• This would cover peak workload, cover absences, and assist us with complex claims.
• Assisting the schools HR team with partial and full WCB claims management.
• Provision of medical expertise, advisement, and reviews from medical professionals as needed, for complex claims.
• Review of current WCB claims to look at cost relief refunds if pre-existing conditions existed.
