The vendor is required to provide that digital/social media advertising firms to assist in the planning, development and implementation of a broad range of aviation specific advertising, marketing and communication services.
-Services to be provided by the selected respondent, directly or through approved subcontractors and vendors include, but may not be limited to the following:
•Use evolving aviation industry data, trends and expertise to develop a comprehensive program to include consistent messages and strategies for advertising the airport that are targeting to increase passenger traffic, bookings and position the airport as the premier air transportation service in central and western state.
•The program may contain both short and long-term components and should address the rapidly changing conditions of the aviation industry and attend to the shifting needs of the airport;
•The creation and publication of pertinent content on all airport social media channels and the airport’s website in a timely manner;
•Offer guidance and support to airport staff on website design and refreshing content;
•Identify appropriate communication channels using traditional and non-traditional media as well as social media and online channels for marketing strategies and tactics;
•Develop cost-effective and innovative marketing and communications tactics and campaigns to reach specific target audiences and to meet specific program objectives;
•Provide creative input and design consultation and assistance to airport staff to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all advertising;
•Assist in developing performance measures for evaluating the airport’s marketing and communications effort;
•Identify potential opportunities for marketing and advertising with private and public sector partners;
•Provide guidance in selecting providers of marketing and advertising services such as content creation and influencers; and
•Perform such other comparable or related services as the authority may require, including recruitment and setting compensation of vendors, contractors and content creators with approval from the authority. - The capabilities of the items below:

•Campaign objectives: The specific goals and KPIs proposed to achieve through the digital marketing campaign;

•Content strategy: The type of content that will be created and distributed to effectively convey message.
•Budget allocation: Provide a breakdown of the proposed $60,000.00 budget allocation across different aspects of the campaign, including advertising costs, content creating and management fees;
•Measurement and reporting: Outline the metrics that will be used to measure the success of the campaign, as well as the frequency and format of the reports;
•Deliverables: Provide a cost breakdown by the type of advertising used in the campaign strategy;
•Timeline: Present a detailed timeline indicating key milestones, deliverables and overall duration of the campaign;
•Previous success stories: Share examples of similar projects where outstanding results were achieved.
