The vendor is required to provide communications and marketing services.
- Provide the name, a brief history and description of your firm.
- Identify your firm’s professional staff members who will be involved in the county engagement and the experience each possesses and the location of the office from which each work.
-Name and title of person(s) authorized to bind the proposer, together with the main office address, and telephone number (including area code).
- Detail your firm’s experience with communications and marketing services for offices, agencies and municipal entities within the county of county and the greater capital region.
- Provide at least two (2) references from similar communications and marking operations within the greater region including name, addresses and telephone numbers.
- The selected proposer(s) may be required to perform the following scope of services on an as-needed and non-exclusive basis, and in the manner(s) herein described:
- Communications services, generally.
• The selected proposer(s) shall provide the county district office with assistance in the development and implementation of external and internal communications plans on a non-exclusive and as-needed basis.
• Responsible for coordinating overall external communications, including, but not limited to, the following, in print and/or video as needed:
o Coordinate with the district attorney’s office and staff directly for media interview opportunities as necessary.
o Proactively seek out appropriate communications partnerships.
o Create press releases as directed by the district attorney’s office; all releases should be disseminated to key targeted media as designated by the content of the release; the emphasis will be on enhancing the district attorney’s office’s reputation; all releases must be approved by the district attorney and/or their designee.
o Additional deliverables shall include, but shall not be limited to, the development of communications plans, multimedia content, and content packets for individuals, groups, and stakeholders in the community.
• Communicate the interests of the district attorney’s offices to state and local lawmakers, regulatory agencies and policy making boards.
• Work with employees of the district attorney’s office to prepare them to effectively communicate the office’s position on certain matters, cases, events and issues.
