RFP Description
The vendor is required to provide that marketing and public relations campaign service from qualified public relations firms, organizations, and/or individuals with expertise in event coordination, branding, marketing, social media strategy, creative material design, and paid advertising. - Invite firms to participate in a project aimed at developing and executing creative, distinctive, and innovative marketing and public relations campaigns. - Includes, but are not limited to, providing services and deliverables related to marketing, education, paid advertising, and outreach to drive meaningful progress toward this goal. respondents may: (i) propose to deliver all required services and deliverables independently or (ii) form a joint venture or team to fulfill the scope of services collaboratively. - Outline clearly defined goals, address key issues, identify target audiences, detail proposed outreach activities, and specify the materials to be developed. Additionally, proposals must include the creation of key performance indicators to measure the success of the initiative. - Provide creative input, design consultation, and assistance to production of advertising across various media platforms, including online, television, radio, print, direct mail, outdoor, and other channels. - Includes developing advertising deliverables tailored to specific channels and audiences, as well as creating other informational materials as needed. - Provide strategic advice and adapt the campaign to capitalize on opportunistic stories in national or local news, pop culture, and other relevant areas that can be linked to collections, programs, and services. - A comprehensive media contacts list, including bloggers, influencers, and influencer groups or organizations, to complement outreach to traditional media outlets. - Provide real-time monitoring and monthly performance reports, including statistical analysis of campaign effectiveness and return on investment. Adjust strategies and tactics based on the results to optimize outcomes. - Contract Period/Term: 1 year
