The vendor is required to provide that job bank and workforce community marketing services.
- Agency will create/develop attractive, effective, branded marketing/educational materials and a functional website for use by job seekers and service.
- The market analysis and feedback to inform the marketing strategy and contract deliverables, including the website.
- Data collection functionality – to collect data on number of website visitors, time spent online, which part of the site was accessed, which marketing materials were accessed, etc.
- The contractor must develop a website that prioritizes the delivery of content to mobile devices.
- The contractor must provide:
• General recommendations for content and marketing as they relate to mobile engagement; and
• Highly performing mobile interface(s) with low page load times
- Market research analysis – the selected bidder will produce market research results pertinent to successful achievement of the objectives of the marketing recruitment campaign, contained in a market research summary report.
- Marketing/outreach plan:
• He selected bidder will provide agency with a marketing/outreach plan for effectively reaching target audiences with marketing using the full range of media, including online portals and social media.
• This plan will describe how to deploy the marketing materials via a statewide marketing campaign through agency of general services’ centralized contract for media buying services, statewide, as stated.
- Agency will establish a temporary, project-specific advisory committee to advise the selected bidder and agency on development and implementation of the statewide mental health professional marketing and recruitment campaign.
- Review marketing campaign materials:
• The marketing and educational materials, including the website, by the selected bidder, but prior to launch of the campaign through media and a live website:
o The selected bidder will present an update or updates on the project to the advisory committee and solicit reaction and feedback on the marketing materials, website and marketing/outreach plan;
o The selected bidder will use the feedback provided by the advisory committee to modify and finalize the marketing materials, website and marketing/outreach plan.
