The vendor is required to provide that marketing and advertising campaign services to creation and development of cutting edge and cost-effective advertising activities in support of the department overall mission and the mission of to educate, increase awareness and recognition of the problem and accordingly reduce impaired driving incidents.
- Include for service:
• Digital marketing: the contractor shall develop and present to the ids project coordinator diverse digital department marketing programs. the contractor shall translate department themes and messages, based on the contractor’s market research, into the digital environment, including campaigns, strategies, displays, programmatic marketing, internet, social media, billboards, email, online videos, and other such communicative strategies to support the department program.
• Cooperative partnership marketing: the contractor shall develop and present to the ids project coordinator cooperative/partnership marketing opportunities, including leveraging time buy/ department agreements. the contractor shall identify corporate and/or media partnerships for the purposes of creating local, statewide, and regional campaigns.
• Advertising production and media buying: the contractor shall develop and present to the ids project coordinator media buying opportunities, including audio, video, and display, and any other appropriate markets, and leverage to match public service time or space for department.
• Media buying and management: each sub-contracted item shall be identified separately in the work plan. the contractor shall pay for department -approved media buys and other approved media purchases, and invoice the ids project coordinator as specified in contractor must include a clause in subcontracted or media purchases providing the contractor shall be solely responsible for payment of all subcontracted or media invoices. all channels, platforms, locations and/or sites should be well known, not obscure, and directed at target audience as specified by the ids project coordinator.
• Campaign materials: all campaign materials shall be produced by the contractor in a minimum of english and languages, with the possibility of being expanded to other languages depending on the contractor’s market research and/or department needs. the contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with language translation services. the contractor shall produce and execute internet, sport sponsorship, billboards, and digital advertising campaigns in and english languages at a minimum. the department may provide translation services; however, this is at the sole discretion of the ids project coordinator. materials shall be periodically reviewed by the ids project coordinator throughout development and shall be approved by the ids project coordinator prior to distribution.
