Professional Photography and Videography Services

The vendor is required to provide that professional photography and videography services will support the City’s marketing and promotion efforts for the facility, as well as recruitment efforts for part-time employment opportunities; capture high-quality images and videos that showcase the center’s amenities, create engaging promotional materials, and develop a recruitment video highlighting employment opportunities:
- Photography
1. High-quality still photography of the following areas:
o Exterior (ground and aerial)
o Lobby
o Café
o Indoor playground
o Fitness and exercise spaces
o Swimming pool
o Party room
o Program classrooms
o Child watch
o E-sports room
o Senior lounge
o Board room
o Auxiliary gym
o Main gym and walking track
o Skyline balcony
o Art gallery
o Event center
o Outdoor deck
2. Staged photography of staff and guests that includes the following:
o Staff interacting with guests in various settings.
o Staff performing daily tasks to highlight operations and services.
o Diverse and inclusive representation of guests and staff to reflect the upper Arlington community.
- Videography: Development of a part-time employment recruitment video that showcases:
o Opportunities available at the bob crane community center.
o The benefits of working in a dynamic, community-focused environment.
o Staff interacting with guests and performing duties.
