• With its strategic location near the world’s busiest airport and a surge in jobs and housing, city is a vibrant municipality with a strong sense of community; recently, it was recognized as state fastest-growing city and the fourth fastest-growing suburb in the nation.
- The plan specifically divides the municipality into three distinct zones:
• Reclaim – places an emphasis on the development and enhancements of parks and open spaces for community recreation.
• Renew – seeks to revitalize the urban core of the city in order to promote commerce and culture.
• Reimagine – supports a mixed-use urban village that facilitates connectivity and growth.
- Brand development and storytelling
• Creating a compelling brand narrative for the R3 initiative.
• Designing a brand identity that aligns with the city’s visual standards.
• Developing creative elements such as slogans, logos, and messaging.
- Social media and digital content creation:
• Executing a strategic social media plan to promote the R3 initiative.
• Producing engaging videos, pod casts, and advertising showcasing the initiative's milestones.
• Creating content including templates for consistent messaging across platforms.
- Web page design and development:
• Developing a user-friendly webpage dedicated to the R3 initiative.
• Ensuring brand integration and visually appealing design.
• Implementing strategies to increase website traffic and engagement.
- Community engagement events:
• Organizing and executing events that engage citizens and the business community, promoting the goals of the R3 initiative.
• Facilitating workshops, town halls, and other interactive events to gather feedback and facilitate community involvement.

• Creating and distributing regular newsletters and editorial content.
