The vendor is required to provide comprehensive media, marketing, and event production services for the 2025 governor’s workforce development summit; the selected contractor will deliver:
• A creative marketing strategy that boosts awareness and engagement.
• Pre-event and on-site production management services for a seamless event experience.
• Virtual and in-person event integration, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility. - Kickoff Meeting: Within two days of contract execution, the contractor will conduct a meeting to:
• Establish project goals
• Define team roles and communication protocols.
• Set up a project management site (e.g. SharePoint, Trello) for seamless document sharing and updates.
• Deliver a Project Charter that includes milestones, timelines, and key success indicators. - Develop a detailed plan that includes:
• Targeted Metrics: Audience reach (social media impressions), engagement rates (click-through rates), and feedback surveys.
• Virtual Participation Plan: Strategies for virtual inclusivity, including online contests, live Q&A, and interactive polls.
