• Full suite creative services including:
o Creative strategy: Audience personas, messaging strategy, visual testing, message testing roadmaps, etc.
o Graphic design: Create visually compelling assets for digital and physical applications (excluding printing).
o Copywriting: Deliver high-quality content for various marketing channels, both physically and digitally.
• Digital strategy development and execution: build and scale digital strategies, including proof of concept for campaigns.
• Implement and manage digital analytics platforms including but not limited to google analytics and google tag manager.
• Organic social media strategy and execution: develop and implement social media plans, excluding community management.
• Website design, development, and integration: support the new Drupal website launching later this year, focusing on integrations, front-end, and back-end functionality.
• Agencies should not evaluate the existing website as all design and content will be net new.
• Email strategy and execution: craft and execute email campaigns to engage target audiences in partnership with recruitment teams internally.
• Recruitment support: develop digital campaigns and landing pages/microsites to enhance student recruitment efforts.
- Strategy-first approach: position state college as a leader in a competitive market along the treasure cost, focusing in the four counties but considering expansion strategies beyond.
- Streamlined communication: maintain a central team for all communications, providing weekly updates on priorities, open items, and retainer pacing.
