- Provides for the health and welfare of all people within its borders and serves as the local government for the unincorporated areas.

- Additional services will be provided on an as-needed basis to address emerging communication or branding priorities.
- Relevant standards and best practices in the fields of aviation, with a particular focus on airports, communications, and marketing.
- Communications
• Quarterly community-focused newsletters, community updates as needed, press releases, and media kits, as needed.
• Provide public relations support to address community noise concerns and other airport related communications.
• Upon request assist in facilitating public meetings, airport tours, and in-person outreach events.
• Create communication materials tailored for pilots, flight schools, and stakeholders to promote adherence with noise abatement procedures.
• Assist in responding to public inquiries and feedback across various platforms.
• Update and refine messaging materials and guidelines for various airport stakeholder groups, ensuring relevance and consistency.
- Branding
• Update the primary airport logo(s) to align seamlessly with the "friendly approach" branding guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Conduct regular assessments of the established brand guidelines to ensure they remain aligned with current airport objectives, community expectations, and industry standards.
• Ensure that branding is consistently applied across all communication materials, both digital and print, including the website, social media, newsletters, signage, marketing, etc.
• Proactively identify opportunities to update the brand to reflect changes in airport operations, services, or strategic priorities; this may include introducing new brand elements for emerging initiatives, updating key messaging, or refining design elements to keep the airports image fresh and relevant.
• Design signage and promotional items for airport events, tours, and community engagement initiatives.
- Website and digital presence
• Provide content suggestions for the airports website and social media platforms to engage the public, grow our online presence, and communicate airport initiatives effectively.
• Optimize SEO strategies to improve visibility of airport operations, community engagement, and educational programs.
• Deliver monthly analytics and performance tracking for the website and social media platforms to assess community outreach impact.
• Provide reliable and secure web hosting services for existing webpages. This includes server management, uptime monitoring, regular backups, and technical support to ensure the continuous operation and availability of the website.
