Marketing and Advertising Services

The vendor is required to provide marketing and advertising services.
• Preserving and conserving publicly owned historic properties, archaeological sites, documents and artifacts
• Researching and managing wildlife, native plant species and exemplary natural communities, and educating the public about their importance
• Providing grants to counties, municipalities and non-profits for natural, historical and cultural resource conservation
• Expanding roadside lilac and wildflower plantings
- Detailed media advertising budget:
• Electronic media (social media and web)
• Print and broadcast
- Development of content for electronic media:
• Use information provided by the marketing subcommittee, create and post to social media and website
• Frequent communication with town/city clerks including birthday emails.
• Provide analytics for social media and website
• Run social media contests / campaigns
• Maintain / update website
- Work with marketing subcommittee to produce special materials, including but not limited to:
• Update online interactive map of all new projects funded (note: this map has been designed for such additions and information to populate map will be provided by marketing subcommittee).
• Maintain project information database including but not limited to photos
• Town/city clerk’s engagement
• Perform outreach to special audiences as defined by marketing subcommittee.
• Adapt current visual brand to any additional materials.
- Perform account administration:
• Schedule, create agenda, take notes, provide account updates and brainstorm at 4-6 meetings/year with marketing subcommittee
• Communicate with marketing subcommittee via email and phone re: staffing changes, project progress and information needs
• Submit quarterly invoices with detailed information re: tasks, projects, media buys
• Maintain spreadsheets and mailing lists for city and town clerks and other constituents
