The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive marketing and advertising plan for each campaign/program.
- Provide all required safety equipment and instruct personnel to observe all safety policies, rules, and requirements at all times.
- Develop and initiate marketing plans for advertisement or communication initiatives, as approved by the Program Manager to disseminate information regarding state agencies programs.
- Provide creative concepts (using illustrations with descriptions) for all strategies the vendor plans to utilize.
- Provide a campaign with a creative strategy and present original, varying and engaging ideas that support marketing to the diverse population of the state to increase visibility and awareness of campaign.
- Give the overall campaign goals and objectives, the proposed strategies to meet them, and any unique or short-term objectives related to the vendor’s strategy; give a rationale for why a particular strategy will be effective in reaching the goals and objectives identified.
- Identify specific strategies for reaching the state’s most recent Spanish speaking residents.
- Consider English-speaking state/Hispanic state.
- Provide creative concepts (using illustration with descriptions) for branding materials targeted at Spanish-speaking state.
- Provide a detailed plan to measure effectiveness of activities.
- Include initial message testing, ongoing metrics, and a detailed final report.
- Provide a specific plan to effectively measure the campaign results.
- Report monthly performance measures deemed necessary by the program manager.
- Campaign/program timelines to include but not limited to: paid media, social media, press release, educational items, and grassroots community outreach.
