Videographer Services

The vendor is required to provide that videographer services to film children, parents, teachers, providers, and other assets for use in fundraising and development, quality, recruitment and enrollment, and other various presentation needs.
- Agency has a need to film and edit various projects across the agency that include but are not limited to the following needs:
• Fundraising
• Recruitment
• Enrollment
• Training
• Mentoring
• Public speaking
- Videographer should have the capability to collaborate with agency to provide the following when executing a project:
• Production schedule
• Cost estimates (based on negotiated contract rates)
• Scripting and storyboarding
• Planning and pre-production
• Video editing
• Music and graphics
• Voice overs
• Revisions
• Production timelines
• Post-production
- Video equipment:
• Videographer must have state-of-the-art video equipment and production facilities.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
