The vendor is required to provide comprehensive communication and marketing services to support the veteran’s affairs supportive housing (VASH) program.
- General Requirements:
• Project and account management
• Creative review and development
• Media planning and buying
- Proposals should include tasks to be completed:
• Continue to build on “house our vets” campaign
• Review and/or revise current marketing campaign(s) and make necessary recommendations/adjustments.
• Organize high-impact events such as public service announcement (PSA)
• Assist with the coordination of in-person and virtual events.
• Prepare pre and post event announcements and press notices; program/event agendas; and run-of-the-show outlines.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to develop current and future communication materials.
• Engage local media outlets and celebrities to amplify outreach efforts
• Conduct targeted advertising via digital platforms, social media, print media, television and radio.
• Utilize out-of-home advertising, such as transit ads and posters, to increase program visibility.
• track results of marketing campaign and provide performance report.
• Communication materials should be multi-lingual; languages include English and, Spanish and possibly Korean.
