WorkSafe Campaign Services

The vendor is required to provide performers for the 2025 WorkSafe campaign with the state roughriders country football team at the mosaic stadium.
- It will include approximately 10 events throughout the regular season.
- Board requires the respondent to supply two (2) individuals:
• The first individual would be responsible to wear the WorkSafe bob mascot costume and perform the third quarter stretch and choreography with the state roughrider cheerleading team.
• The second individual would act as the handler for the first individual to aid in assisting the first individual in getting in and out of the mascot costume and assist the first individual as needed
- Provide a contingency plan and a trained alternate individual in case one of the individuals is absent and unable to attend one of the events.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
