Photography Services

The vendor is required to provide from professional photographers for photography and videography services on an as needed basis.
- Provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, and transportation required to create, develop, and deliver the photographic, video production, and other services requested by the city.
- Provide services which will result in any single invoice exceeding thirty (30) billable hours.
- Provide deliverables to the city upon request all materials, drafts, documents, drawings, renderings, photographs, and electronic files produced or developed by vendor in connection with its provision of services, and all media storage devices used to retain or transport same.
- Provide the deliverables in electronic, multimedia, and hard copy format as requested by the city, with quality ranging from web to high-resolution DVD.
- Provide a single point of contact to administer the agreement ("account manager").
- Provide on-location video production to include interviews, web video content, StPeteTV® video content, time lapses, marketing assets, campaign collateral, original content consulting, staff training and script writing as directed.
- Provide all post-production editing including music, narration, and graphics.
- Provide portrait, photojournalism, product, and landscape photography.
- Must be able to turn around edited photos on the same day as the assignment, when required.
- Must be proficient and skilled in photography editing.
- Must be adaptable to city brand standards and overall aesthetics, from composition to edited materials.
- Must be able to work solo with clients and models in a professional manner.
- Must be able to manage and maintain the city’s cloud-based system, including proper tagging and organization of photo assets.
